Today is day one of my Jillian's 30 Day Shred challenge. I have attempted this challenge a few times in the past and never quiet made it. However, after seeing
Janelle's twenty day progress, and realizing there are exactly thirty days until I see my mother and grandmother, I figured it was time to pick up the challenge once more.
Each complete week of the JM challenge will rack up 210 minutes of exercise. My weekly goal is a minimum of 350 minutes, with 450 minutes being an optimum week.
My plan to reach 450 minutes is still being tweaked... more to come.
